  The U.S. Tax Court welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. The list of Judges and Special Trial Judges currently recruiting for Law Clerks is provided below, and we suggest you review the list prior to submitting your application. Although applicants may be interviewed any time throughout the year, applicants for law clerkships are encouraged to seek interviews no later than early Fall.

Interested individuals may use one of the following methods to apply:

1. Complete the electronic application form, below;

2. send paper applications directly to the Judge(s) and/or Special Trial Judge(s) to whom you wish to apply; or

3. for Court-wide availability, send paper applications to the Office of Human Resources at the following address:

If you would like to apply for a Law Clerk position electronically, review the list of judges recruiting Law Clerks, below; place a check in the appropriate Submit Application To: box(es); complete the Applicant Information Form; attach the required documentation; and click the Submit button. If there is no check box available for a listing, it is an indication that the Judge does not accept electronic submissions. In this case or if you choose to send a paper application, please refer to the Application Procedure instructions.
